CLUB DETAILS AND PLAYER REGISTRATIONS

Thanks to the 31 clubs who have confirmed "all their details" for the coming season, and have consequently been issued with their log-in details so they can start to register their players.

WEBSITE LOG-IN DETAILS FOR CLUBS FOR THE COMING SEASON

In order to get the website ready for next season with all the club details, please e-mail webmaster@tsfl.org.uk and complete the following in order to obtain your username and password which you can then use to log-in and start to register you players.

1) Use your club's name as the" title" for your e-mail and include the information shown below.          

2) Name of club last season (if different) or state "New Club" if you have only just joined the league, along with full name and address of Club Secretary with two contact numbers.

3) Name and contact numbers for your club's 2nd contact person.  

4) Club colours for the season, Shirt, Shorts, (with away colours if applicable).

If you can complete this by July 11th, then you will be set up and have access to the website no later than July 21st.

NEW SECRETARIES MEETING

A Meeting will take place on Thursday 3rd July at 8pm at the Red Arrow Club for ALL New Club Secretaries, not just the new Clubs joining our League but also any new Secretaries taking over an existing Club. It is a very worthwhile and Informative meeting giving you valuable advice for the Season ahead.

Herewith find notice of the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Belmonte Thanet Sunday Football League to be held on Wednesday 25 June 2014 at the Red Arrow Club, Ramsgate, commencing at 7.30pm prompt. ~ All Club Applications for the Season 2014 / 2015 to be returned to the League Secretary by 31st May .... see news item posted separately for application forms 

~ As per league rules, all Clubs wishing to be in membership for the season must be represented (maximum two people allowed per club).

~ Any nominations for LEAGUE OFFICERS & COMMITTEE MEMBERS for the Season must be in writing to the League Secretary, properly proposed and seconded by Sunday 22 June 2014.
