Online registrations are now available to use, although clubs that have changed their name, or Club Secretary, or new clubs, will have a new username and password, which can be obtained by e-mailing the webmaster (ideally from the e-mail address you have supplied to the TSFL) to webmaster@tsfl.org.uk Please refer to your user guide which was included in your AGM packs for clarification of how to register your players online, and all players are not counted as registered until the Registrations Secretary has received your payment by cheque, and he has confirmed via the website that their registrations are complete.

On August 23rd there will be a 5 a side tournament at St Lukes from 10am till around 5pm. With the shortage of pitches this could be a good way to get your side some playing time prior to the start of the season. The cost per team is £40 and applications should be sent to the League Secretary, Nigel Pope, as early as possible. One week later on August 30th the season opener of the "Andrew Samson Memorial Trophy" will be contested for by Dolphins FC and Albion Athletic, which is sure to be a great game. The game will be played at St Lukes with a 10.30am kick off and entry to the ground is free.

Since the original announcement added to this page on 7th April regarding registrations being done via the league website, no club has contacted the Registrations Secretary regarding any questions or concerns about this proposal. By the lack of any correspondence, the League Officers have deduced that there are no real concerns over this and will therefore be recommending this rule amendment at this years AGM. To assist with this change, all clubs will be given detailed instructions of how to add players via this method at the AGM. As highlighted on the 7th April announcement, the benefits of this are that once you have inputted each players name and date of birth, only one sheet of paper will be printed from your printer. All you have to do then is to get the players to sign next to their names, and deliver the sheet with the registration fee to the Registration Secretary.
Please contact Tim Mather if anyone missed the original announcement.

One of the proposed rule changes for next season is that there will no longer be the ability to register players via the traditional method.
All registrations will have to be done via the league website, where each players name and date of birth will be inputted by the club, but there will be no requirement to input players addresses.
The benefits of this are that once you have inputted this data, only one sheet of paper will be printed from your printer. All you have to do then is to get the players to sign next to their names, and deliver the sheet with the registration fee to the Registration Secretary.
This proposal will significantly reduce the amount of paperwork generated by the league, and apart from the environmental benefits, it is another step forward in running a modern up to date league website.
Please contact Tim Mather if anyone has any questions or concerns about this proposal.
